Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to our free prize draw to win 1 of 25 pairs of tickets to The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged over 18, excluding employees, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entrants must have a valid email address and winners must be available to redeem their prize on 11.07.09 or 12.07.09.

2. By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the promotion.

3. All entries must be received by the Promoter by 9am 09.07.09. The Promoter will not be responsible for transmission, network and/or computer or software error affecting the logging of entries to the promotion. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the promotion site.

5. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant's responsibility.

6. You are entered into the prize draw via the following website www.celebratewithrachels.co.uk where you must enter your name, telephone number and a valid email address, as the winner will be contacted by email only. The winners will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator. The draw will be made by 07/08/2009. All decisions of the independent adjudicator will be final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. There are 25 prizes of a pair of tickets for The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2009 valid on either Saturday 11^th July 2009 or Sunday 12^th July 2009 but they can be used for one of these days only. No travel or any other expenses are included in this prize package and travel to The Show is the prize winners’ responsibility.

8. The winner will be notified BY EMAIL only on 09.07.09. It is entrants’ responsibility to check their email accounts to see if they have been contacted as winners.

9. There will be one draw only. Winners’ names and counties will be available on www.celebratewithrachels.co.uk from 10.07.09 for at least 5 days.

10. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, either wholly or partly in cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or greater value should circumstances make this necessary

11. The Promoter, their agents, affiliates and suppliers cannot accept responsibility for any incidents resulting from claiming the prizes.

12. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name without further compensation, in any promotion publicity and/or advertising carried out by Rachel’s Organic.

13. In order to enter the prize draw, you must register as a Friend of Rachel’s. You will only be sent future email newsletters if you opt in to receive them. If you do opt-in to receive emails newsletters, you can opt out at any time by editing your profile on www.rachelsorganic.co.uk or clicking on an ‘unsubscribe’ link on any email communication. Rachel’s Dairy will not sell, rent, or otherwise pass on your details to any third parties except those directly involved in running the website or implementing a competition or promotion on behalf of Rachel’s Dairy Limited and in full accordance with their privacy policy. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
